All flower arrangements will inevitably be squeezed during the packaging process. Come up with some Squashed Flowers is normal after tight box packaging and extended transit.This is not a product failure and we do not support refunds, returns or exchanges. You can ask your account manager to assist in the care work.
During actual transportation, it is inevitable that customs
inspections, port congestion, or other force majeure factors may cause delivery delays. We do not support claims or refunds arising from these situations.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect products. Customized orders are strictly confirmed before shipping with pictures and videos and are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

 

Return Request Period

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns for used products.

 

Upon Delivery

Check the boxes immediately. If there is any damage, take photos of the broken box and send them to us. Contact us with order details and issue photos.

 

Flowers Squashed or Fall off

There are usually extra flowers included in the box as spares. You can simply replace any that fall off.
